Why you don’t stick to your habits

Today I want to talk about habits and especially why you never stick to them. You have heaps of motivation and you often set goals for yourself to develop new habits. You stick to them in the beginning but after a while you find yourself giving up or even forgetting about those habits altogether. Sound familiar? I’ve been there and today I want to tell you how I changed my approach to habits so that now I actually do stick to them!
